摘要: We have studied the average 3-200 keV spectra of Seyfert galaxies type 1 and 2, using data obtained with BeppoSAX. The spectrum is well fitted by a power-law continuum photon spectral index Γ ~ 1.9, Compton reflection component R 0.6-1 (depending on inclination angle between line sight reflecting material), high-energy cutoff at around 200 keV; there also an iron 6.4 characterized equivalent width 120 eV. 2 galaxies, other hand, show stronger neutral absorption [NH = × 1022 atoms cm-2], as expected, but are X-ray power law that substantially harder (Γ 1.75) lower energies (Ec 130 keV); parameters instead similar to those measured in objects. There only two possible solutions this problem: assume more than observed or complex estimated first instance. possibility ruled out ratio, while second provides intrinsic very 1. extra absorber likely artifact due summing different amounts absorption, although we cannot exclude its presence least some individual sources. Our result argues strongly for central engine both types expected under unified theory.
