摘要: Tetrodotoxin (TTX) was localized as brown color in different tissues of an undescribed species the nemertean genus Cephalothrix (phylum Nemertea) and a turbellarian Planocera reticulata Platyhelminthes) on light microscopy by means monoclonal anti-TTX antibody. In sp., TTX recognized vesicles apically arranged bacillary cells epidermis, basal lamina, granular proboscis epithelium, rhynchocoel portion intestinal wall near blood vessels rhynchocoel. The excretory system ovum also showed positive reaction antigen-antibody. On other hand, hermaphrodite flatworm P. exhibited antigen-antibody complex only their ovum. To our knowledge, this is first experimental effort micro-distribution invertebrates.
