High barrier heat sealable film with linear tear properties

摘要: A monoaxially oriented film including a metallized layer; gas barrier and propylene-based random copolymer at least about 3 wt % of low density polyethylene which is 2.5 times in one direction exhibits excellent linear directional tear properties parallel to the orientation heat seal performance terms high strengths initiation temperature. This formulation suitable for pouch applications requiring moisture barrier, an “easy-tear” feature, hermetic properties.
