摘要: We are continuing a national project to develop 1 kW-class SOFC system for Residential Power Generation (RPG) application supported by Korean Government. For intermediate temperature operation, we chose anode-supported, planar type design have advantages commercialization of SOFCs considering mass production and using cost-effective interconnects such as ferritic stainless steels. Anode-supported single cells with thin electrolyte layer YSZ or ScSZ, respectively, were fabricated their small stacks built evaluated. The size anode-supported finally sintered was about 10 x cm2, the thickness cathode 20µm 30Pm, respectively. I-V AC impedance characteristics these evaluated at (650 ~ 800 ) hydrogen gas fuel. already carried out long-term performance test cell above 33,000 h (3.8 years) 750 , applying 0.76 V power density 200 mW/cm 2 . Using cm Inconel interconnect plates coated silver paste, 15-cell 60cell short stack prepared. initial voltage 150 12.5 in fuel 120 sccm/cell decreased 10.9 500 operation time. It then stabilized until 4,000 degradation rate mV/(1000h, cell). this microstructure components analyzed during after operation. Furthermore ScSZ steel into 5-cell operated 650 RPG system. methane
