摘要: An agricultural landscape is a section of region shaped by its natural features primarily involving land use and management. Intensive anthropogenic activities have left permanent mark on landscapes, which been developed over hundreds years. Agricultural landscapes constitute spatiotemporal structure. Hence they represent complex system in large number processes occur continuously that, due to their temporal dynamics, lead constant changes the state system. Traditional experiments are inappropriate for impact assessment naturally occurring landscapes. The only option here conduct virtual at computer level. To this end, relevant set spatial, quantifiable indicators defined that can be used map computer. Building extensive expertise research, mapped using validated robust models dynamics described aspects. Various model types process. Special simulation environments spatial data accounting possible global enable forward-looking scenario simulations provide answers question sustainability systems. Decision support systems (DSS) exploit latest possibilities offered information technology, statistics artificial intelligence framework integrating models, concerning data, techniques as well tools interpreting visualising results. Such DSS also basis quantifying site conditions, or management, potential climate change individual parameters indicators. A examples show how indicator-based different assess scale. As prerequisite development validation integrated dynamic more long-term ecological studies monitoring required. This means resources necessary these activities. within very promising way finding suitable site-specific measures adaptation agriculture change.
