摘要: Soft-tissue defects of the distal foot that involve an exposed tendon and bone demonstrate a reconstructive challenge for plastic surgeons. This report investigates feasibility reliability metatarsal artery perforator (MAP)-based propeller flap reconstruction soft-tissue defects. Between July 2011 June 2012, six patients underwent with seven MAP-based flaps. Five flaps were based on third two first artery. The size ranged from 4 × 2 cm to 8 cm. All completely survived. Two developed transient venous congestion, which subsided spontaneously without complications. There no donor site ambulating difficulty within month surgery. can be used repair defects, providing sufficient skin territory excellent esthetic functional recovery.
