摘要: A process for capturing or concentrating microorganisms detection assay comprises (a) providing a concentration agent that an amorphous metal silicate and has surface composition having atom to silicon ratio of less than equal about 0.5, as determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS); (b) sample comprising at least one microorganism strain; (c) contacting the with such portion strain is bound captured agent.
