摘要: Abstract The existence of calcium and nickel in crude oil causes serious damage to processing equipment reduces the quality products. These metals are extremely hard remove as they exist form stable oil-soluble complexes. If could be removed during electric desalination process, economic benefits will greatly improved. current study thus aimed seek clean non-corrosive demetallizing agents chelating process oil. Two different N-substituted pyridines based core-shell materials P2VP@SiO2 (2-vinylpyridine) P4VP@SiO2 (4-vinylpyridine) were first prepared, their metal adsorption capacity selectivity explored compared. structure mass grafting ratios (GR) two determined by FT-IR, TGA, elemental analysis (EA), GPC, SEM TEM. GR under monomer concentrations, reaction temperature duration studied. In addition, effects various conditions on removal rates using prepared investigated. It was worth noting that due difference N substitution positions, for same pyridine functional group, exhibited more selectivity, while is much better than P2VP@SiO2. reached 61.3% 67.2%, respectively. Briefly, used a highly efficient agent removing oil, with high capacity.
