摘要: This report described a patient with multiple injuries in whom major bronchial tear was not diagnosed early because the lung reexpanded initially. When pulmonary sepsis intervened and injury discovered, repair could be accomplished of continuing sepsis. The case emphasizes need for bronchoscopic evaluation suspected even face other which may draw focus attention away from correctible disruption.
