摘要: Turnip of the Brassica genus is a traditional crop that widely cultivated in farming and farming-pastoral regions Tibet. It mostly utilized as animal fodder vegetable around Tibetan plateau. Given their high altitudes variable climate types, different Tibet plateau are home to rich diversity turnip. A mass studies related genetic highland crops have been carried out recent years. However, turnip remains be elucidated date. In this study, we performed morphological investigation simple sequence repeat analysis, characterize population structure turnips. Then, explored physiological response seedlings under low-temperature stress. We also field experiment, identify clubroot-resistant cultivars. Results showed significant differences phenotypic traits among sources 25 accessions. The similarity dendrogram distance accessions was between 0.61 0.77. When coefficient 0.644 0.646, they can divided into three subgroups, presented certain relationship geographical origin its distance. central diffusion location suggests these consistent with origin. addition, potential clubroot resistance accession 156-13, chilling 156-8 156-10. These results suggest valuable resource for analysis breeding new
