摘要: Systems and methods for evaluating the corrosion risk in operations with equipment handling an acid gas-containing solutes, e.g., amine unit removal of gases such as H 2 S, CO , etc., are provided. Input parameter values corresponding to geometrical parameters at least (or a portion equipment) susceptible risk, operating parameters, fluid dynamic properties, properties solute received by system. Based on input values, systems derive minimum pressure above which gas flashing occurs given localized drop, causing identified location. In one embodiment, provide assessment correlating loadings risk.
