摘要: In relation to the decrease of selenium (Se) content in aquafeeds, impact level and form parental dietary Se supplementation was investigated rainbow trout fry using laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP MS) bioimaging. The offspring broodstock, fed either a control diet without any (0.3 mg Se/kg diet) or supplemented with (0.6 mg as sodium selenite hydroxy-selenomethionine, were sampled at swim-up stage after 11 weeks cross-feeding. Total body levels influenced by nutrition direct feeding 11-week higher Se-supplemented groups compared highest hydroxy-selenomethionine treatment. retention lower for selenite. Selenomethionine increased when provided hydroxy-selenomethionine. LA-ICP MS maps revealed yolk intestine, liver, kidney tissues high abundance. fry, muscle abundant parents abundance head part both diets, but only tail Liver supporting hypothesis that tissue distribution can be forms levels.
