摘要: Resume L’hypertension pulmonaire (HTP) est une affection complexe regroupant plusieurs entites dont le trait commun augmentation plus ou moins importante de la resistance vasculaire pulmonaire. De nombreux progres dans diagnostic et traitement l’HTP ont ete accomplis ces dernieres annees grâce a meilleure comprehension physiopathologie maladie. Dans l’HTP, les troubles hemodynamiques sont souvent associes des modifications histologiques caracterisees par remodelage excessif paroi vaisseaux pulmonaires. Une structurales importantes diminution progressive lumiere vasculaire. Un desequilibre du tonus vasomoteur, en faveur vasoconstriction aux depens vasodilatation, au dysfonctionnement endothelial pulmonaire, associe un remaniement hypertrophique arterielle lie proliferation cellules musculaires lisses, rendent compte gravite differentes formes d’HTP. Cette revue se propose faire point sur moleculaire montrer comment connaissances pourront evoluer therapeutique.
