摘要: This paper looks at the interplay between human capital and innovation in presence of climate educational policies. Using recent empirical estimates, general purpose R&D are introduced an integrated assessment model that has been extensively applied to study change mitigation. Our results suggest policy stimulates as well clean energy but reduces incentive invest formation. Human increases productivity labor complementarity drives its pollution-using effect (direct effect).
