摘要: Abstract The present study reports thermal and electrical properties of Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles prepared using co-precipitation route. Sudden dip in reaction temperature observed during the synthesis process created defects crystal lattice ZnO which leads to reduction crystallite size from 33 nm 28 nm with increase temperature. This is confirmed by X-ray diffraction studies. Thermal analysis samples shows better stability for smaller nanoparticles. Temperature-dependent current-voltage characteristics show conductivity dielectric constant respect rise Increase decrease may be useful field nanoelectronics like memory-storage devices, etc.
