摘要: Since Berle and Means (1932) wrote their pioneering work the ownership control of large firms has been a continuing, if sporadic, interest economists, industrial economists in particular. There now seems to be consensus opinion, or ‘conventional wisdom,’ that majority are controlled by professional managers, proportion interests is declining that, any event, there very little difference behaviour between manager– owner–controlled firms. In this paper we suggest conventional wisdom misleading considerable extent. It based on too narrow conception forms which takes simple theory relationship corporate behaviour.
