摘要: Layered hexagonal structure Li 1+ x (Ni 0.33 Co 0.33 Mn 0.33) O 2 (LNCM)(x= 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15 and 0.2 mol%) compounds were prepared by microwave assisted solvothermal method at two different calcination temperature of 850 and 950° C. The phase purity of the LNCM compounds was confirmed by Rietveld refined XRD pattern, Raman, and HRTEM studies.
