摘要: Environmental issues, their scope and threats challenge the theoretical front to look for innovative solutions ensuring permanently sustainable development. The importance of this task grows in globalization process, whose impact on country is not always possible exactly approximate, due inflow direct foreign investment. Effective environmental policy a tool that enables prevention problems under condition ties between economic systems are known.
