摘要: Abstract Positively charged liposomes were coated with the negatively and temperature sensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-methacrylic acid) by electrostatic deposition. Too low or too high polymer concentrations lead to unstable suspensions. However, intermediate (0.05–0.2 wt.%) result in relatively stable suspensions of polymer-coated liposomes. At elevated temperatures thickness layer around increased sharply at 40 °C, due formation multilayers. higher temperatures, a contraction adsorbed was observed. The uncoated exhibited an interesting transition size intensity scattered light when heated, attributed from gel liquid crystalline phase. Rheo-SALS (small angle scattering under shear conditions) measurements demonstrated that coating physiological temperature. It also revealed anomalous compared This discrepancy diminished can probably be change non-spherical, polyhedron-like conformation phase spherical shape above transition.
