Antiinflammatory pain medication, exercise, occupational, electro-, ultrasound shock wave therapy, massage, thermotherapy pulsed electromagnetic fields are used conservative treatments. Exercise therapy performance, mobility Occupational functional movements for living work. Electrotherapy primarily to relieve pain. Shock proved effective patients with calcific tendinitis. subacromial impingement syndrome effectively treated therapy.
