摘要: We discover a pair of stable three-dimensional (3D) Dirac points, 3D photonic analog graphene, in all-dielectric crystals using structures commensurate with nanofabrication for visible-frequency applications. The points carry nontrivial ${Z}_{2}$ topology and emerge large range material parameters hollow cylinder hexagonal crystals. From Kramers theorem group theory, we find that only the ${C}_{6}$ symmetry leads to point stabilized are characterized $\stackrel{P\vec}{k}\ifmmode\cdot\else\textperiodcentered\fi{}\stackrel{P\vec}{P}$ theory bands combination analysis. Breaking inversion splits into Weyl points. physical properties experimental consequences also studied. found be robust against parameter tuning weak disorders.
