摘要: This study examined the work experiences and plans of a national sample 150 female medical graduates 1976, 1980 1984. The was exhaustively traced information obtained about 97% doctors, including 100% doctors ever likely to practise in UK. findings show high recent planned participation rate practice, especially general among these women no involuntary unemployment. Increased numbers at school will result manpower changes, particularly but increases not counter possible overproduction graduates. also demonstrates that it is achieve response by using telephone interview.
