摘要: This study examined the work experiences and plans of a national sample 150 female medical graduates 1976, 1980 1984. The was exhaustively traced information obtained about 97% doctors, including 100% doctors ever likely to practise in UK. findings show high recent planned participation rate practice, especially general among these women no involuntary unemployment.
