摘要: Most mass lesions of the internal auditory canal and cerebellopontine angle are neoplastic, expansile, eventually symptomatic. We report two cases neurogenic hamartomas at these anatomic sites. In a patient with unrelated or vestibular symptoms, such developmental lesion might result in false-positive posterior fossa contrast results. (Arch Otolaryngol106:500-502, 1980)
