摘要: A convenient sonochemical method is described for the preparation of polystyrene functionalized graphenes starting from graphite flakes and a reactive monomer, styrene. Ultrasonic irradiation in styrene results mechanochemical exfoliation to single-layer few-layer graphene sheets combined with functionalization chains. The chains are formed sonochemically initiated radical polymerization can make up ∼18 wt % graphene, as determined by thermal gravimetric analysis. This one-step protocol be generally applied other vinyl monomers graphene-based composite materials.
