摘要: The cases of two patients with fulminant hepatic failure after intake therapeutic doses (4-8 g) paracetamol, and who were admitted to hospital for assessment liver transplantation, are described. In both starvation, due abdominal pain, nausea vomiting or diarrhoea, was probably contributing the toxic effect drug. One also had an excessive alcohol intake.
