摘要: Abstract Bioelectrochemical system (BES) is an emerging technology that can be employed for wastewater treatment and simultaneous power recovery. However, the cost associated with fabrication operation of BES needs to reduced successful field-scale demonstration this technology. This achieved by integrating other traditional technologies such as activated sludge process, bio-electro-Fenton anaerobic digestion. Such integration could not only reduce overall but would also improve efficiency reliability combined system. In addition, micropollutants contaminants dyes efficaciously removed microbial fuel cells technologies, which are generally or degraded processes. Thus BESs existing need hour, deal cost-associated problems degree received wastewater.
