摘要: The syntheses, crystal structures, and magnetic properties of three trinuclear, symmetric, heterometal string complexes stabilized by four dipyridylamide (dpa) ligands were explored. MnNiMn(dpa)4Cl2 (1), MnPdMn(dpa)4Cl2 (2), MnPtMn(dpa)4Cl2 (3) found to exhibit an approximate D4 symmetry a linear metal framework helically wrapped syn–syn-type ligands. center ions bond with the amide part dpa– in square-planar environment, outer Mn Cl– pyridyl square-pyramidal environment. susceptibilities these compounds showed antiferromagnetic interactions (2J = –13.7 cm–1 for 1, –29.7 2, –66.2 3 Heisenberg exchange framework) between MnII centers. value 2J increased increasing atomic number central ion. further confirmed electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy studies variable-temperature measurements.
