摘要: A 41-year-old woman diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary hypertension presented symptoms despite the use of vasodilators, requiring treatment bosentan. Previously, patient had no signs autoimmunity and normal liver function. After three years bosentan use, aminotransferase levels increased, without improvement after suspension, leading to complementary investigation. The diagnosis autoimmune hepatitis was confirmed by biopsy, already in stage cirrhosis. In conclusion, case that remain persistently elevated, reduction doses and/or suspension bosentan, must be investigated treated urgently due possibly rapid progression cirrhosis..
