摘要: Abstract At present, the catalysts used to produce high value products by catalytic pyrolysis of calorific waste plastics are expensive. In this study, characteristics reworked polypropylene (PP) were studied using low-cost kaolin with different particle sizes and HCl-modified kaolin. The results show that reduced condensate oil yield increased gas yield. C6–C20 was major components ranging from 90% 97% in catalyst significantly decreasing heavy (above C20). Kaolin has cracking efficiency into alkanes alkenes (the range diesel components). stronger acid sites on modified further promoted secondary components, resulting a great increase C6–C11 content. Moreover, aromaticity because aromatization Diels-Alder reaction alkenes. Meanwhile, H2, H2 decrease size. quality gas. It is found potential cheap efficient catalyst.
