摘要: Abstract In this study, magnetic carbon nanotubes (MCNTs) were prepared by assembling nanoparticles onto the acid-treated multiwall (MWCNTs). Due to their excellent adsorption capability, MCNTs used as adsorbent of solid-phase extraction (MSPE) extract phthalate monoesters (PMEs), main biomarkers exposure, from human urine. By coupling MSPE with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS), a reliable, sensitive and cost-effective method for simultaneous determination five PMEs including monomethyl (MMP), monoethyl (MEP), mono n-butyl (MBP), mono-(2-ethylhexyl) (MEHP) monobenzyl (MBzP) was developed. The factors that could influence extraction, amount nanoparticles, pH sample solution, desorption time, salt addition, type volume solvent investigated in detail. Under optimized conditions, LODs LOQs achieved range 0.025–0.050 0.125–0.250 ng mL −1 respectively. And calibration curves linear ( r 2 ≥ 0.992) over concentration ranges 0.250 250 ng mL . satisfying reproducibility evaluating intra- inter-day precisions relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 11.2% 11.4%, recoveries ranged 92.6% 98.8% RSDs 10.7%. Finally, established MSPE-GC–MS successfully applied determine urine samples. MMP, MEP, MBP MEHP detected most samples median 8.46, 9.26, 13.60, 5.95 ng mL MBzP 58.3% 3.05 ng mL Taken together, developed current study provides new option
