The purpose of this study was to analyze the expression zinc-finger E-box-binding homeobox 1 (ZEB1) in endometrial biopsy and its correlation with preoperative characteristics, including lymph node metastases patient cancer. Methods. Using quantitative RT-PCR, ZEB1 expressions from 452 patients were measured. relationship between characteristics analyzed. Results. significantly associated subtype, grade, myometrial invasion, metastases. Lymph could be identified a sensitivity 57.8% at specificity 74.1% by biopsy. Based on combination expression, 62.1% 96.2% prior hysterectomy. Conclusion. help physicians better predict metastasis cancer
