摘要: ABSTRACTThe characteristics of pitting corrosion Type 304L stainless steel (SS) exposed to highly concentrated chloride solutions were studied through the evaluation potential, structure passive layer and statistics depth density. Both as-received weld metal samples studied. The sample was machined from welding zone a butt SS. results showed an accelerated anodic dissolution depressed film resistance at zone, but no dramatic change on observed during test duration up 720 h. significantly affected by concentration slightly temperature under investigated conditions.
