摘要: A thermal recording medium produced by forming on a substrate an undercoat containing pigment and binder as the main components layer colorless or pale-colored basic dye developer capable of reacting with to form color, which is improved in image quality incorporating water-retaining agent into using one exhibiting oil absorption 80 120 cc/100g (as determined method according JIS K 5101) adjusting coating fluid for solid concentration 25 45 % dynamic water retention (the amount AA dewatering) 350 g/m2 below.
