摘要: Abstract Two guinea pigs and two rabbits were each inoculated subcutaneously with 14 C-labeled acyclovir (25 mg/kg). Both species excreted the entire amount within 72 hours. The all of radioactivity in urine, while an average 14.2 percent feces. 71.0 dose as unchanged drug; 25.1 was 9-carboxymethoxymethylguanine (CMMG) 3.5 8-hydroxy-9-(2-hydroxyethoxymethyl)guanine (8-hydroxyacyclovir). An 60.7 recovered from acyclovir; 32.3 CMMG 3.1 8-hydroxyacyclovir. showed elimination-phase half-lives (tsol12β) for plasma 0.8 2.2 Mean tsol12β rhesus, four patas, african green monkeys, receiving (10 mg/kg) a bolus intravenous injection, 1.2, 1.7, 1.8 hours respectively. 48 hour urinary excretion acyclovir, 8-hydroxyacyclovir, rhesus monkey estimated to be 21.3 percent, 15.3 7.1 respectively, total administered amount. patas mostly CMMG.
