EU's external energy governance: A multidimensional analysis of the southern gas corridor

摘要: Abstract The major objective of this paper is to apply a multidimensional lens the European Union's (EU's) vision yet be establish Southern Gas Corridor. I will argue that, EU's natural gas towards Caspian basin based not only on bringing additional volumes EU markets in order ensure physical security supply. It rather external governance geared, firstly, absorbing all actors along whole value chain common energy regulatory framework and shifting provision from bilateral political domain onto multilateral market domain. Secondly, it process diffusion norms values into system partners.
