摘要: Behavioural studies of MHC‐congenic mice and rats have focused primarily on mate choice the ability to discriminate between strains by their urine odours, but these may differ in other behaviours, such as activity ultrasonic vocalizations. Ivanyi (1978, Proc. Roy. Soc. Lord. 202, 117–158) has reviewed physiological differences associated with MHC, many which could influence behaviour. We started a systematic study behavioural development adult behaviour mice. A developmental test battery (growth, rate, locomotion, grooming, eye opening, vocalizations, etc.) was used examine C57BL/6J vs. B6‐H‐2bm1 C57BL/10SnJ B10.BR/sgSnJ spontaneous behaviours (activity, exploration, Differences MHC-congenic is discussed relation possible neural, endocrine immune system differences. Future will compare levels anxiety, sociosexual learning paradigms.
