摘要: For the first time, a new, easy, and green method using zein nanoparticles as dispersive solid-phase extraction (DSPE) adsorbent has been used for preconcentration of azorubine (a well-known chemical dye additive) model compound in foodstuffs. The monitoring residues food environment is an important function countless laboratories around world. SPE DSPE are more flexible efficient than liquid–liquid terms simplicity, flexibility choosing low consumption organic solvents. To best our knowledge, use material not reported thus far. main advantages this newly discovered research arise from four aspects: (A) biopolymer safe biomaterial that characteristics include biocompatibility, biodegradability, toxicity; (B) its hydrophobic property unique solubility result easy fabrication nanoparticles; (C) it relatively suitable stability; (D) composites or conjugates formed between other compounds such nanomaterials to fabricate. Several experimental parameters, including amount sorbent, pH ionic strength sample solution, desorption conditions, were evaluated. Under optimal linear correlation coefficient (r2) was 0.9978 at concentration level 0.005–4.500 μg mL−1. limit detection 2.8 ng mL−1 relative standard deviations (RSD) concentrations 0.5 3.5 0.5% 1.2% (n = 6), respectively. present employed analysis different samples (soft drink, pastel gummies, ice cream, Smarties) recoveries AZ obtained range 94.6% 103.2%. results showed proposed green, convenient, fast determination samples.
