摘要: This paper builds on Zahra and George’s four dimensions of absorptive capacity (ACAP) trying to identify the development within large firm using longitudinal method. The empirical study Garmin’s automotive/mobile segment as a case, demonstrated process ACAP through time span key indicators. Based all available public data content analysis, shows tendency faster in business with increasing amount R&D investment. Finally, industry force might also act factor boosting firms.
