摘要: Abstract Phosphors for solid-state lighting, based on a number of different compositional schemes and driven by light from blue light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are widely used lighting applications. The low efficiency pump LEDs at high drive currents (droop effect) limits the amount produced conventional LED phosphor combination. Pumping with laser (LDs) can circumvent this limitation. In paper we report characterisation individual mixture KEu(WO 4 ) 2 (red), BaMg Al 16 O 27 :Eu, Mn (green) (Sr,Mg) SiO :Eu (blue) phosphors, excited CW-driven LD operating 404 nm. activator ion in each these phosphors is, respectively, Eu 3+ , 2+ . Characteristics phosphor, variations incident power temperature as well effects ageing described. Results comparison between pumping coherent incoherent same wavelength also
