摘要: Objective To examine the combined influence of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) and sedentary behavior on obesity in US adults. Design Methods Cross-sectional analyses were undertaken a nationally representative sample 5,083 adults from April 2003 June 2005 National Health Nutrition Examination Survey. Self-reported TV time was divided into low, moderate, high categories. Accelerometer-derived total MVPA minutes tertiles. The independent associations between MVPA, TV, examined using logistic regression. Participants then cross tabulated nine MVPA–sedentary groups, regression used to odds being obese. Results MVPA consistently inversely associated with obesity, regardless [odds ratio (OR) = 1.80-4.00]. There inconsistent positive risk men, but not either men or women. Conclusions Obesity more strongly related than adults. Small differences daily (5-10 min) relatively large obesity.
