Temperature-, magnetic-field-, and power-dependent microwave resistance of YBa2Cu3O7- delta.

摘要: We have measured the microwave resistance of sintered YBa/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 7-//sub delta/ at 9 GHz as a function temperature, magnetic field, and power. observe rapid change in slope with temperature about 1 K below onset superconducting transition. There is strong field dependence only this slope-change temperature. This behavior similar to that seen low-frequency measurements. also an increase power for temperatures estimate currents may be large enough give such effect due weak-link structures material. show not bulk sample heating, but we cannot rule out self-heating on microscopic scale.
