摘要: Abstract The effects of thioproperazine (TZ) pretreatment on 3 H-DA synthesis and release were examined by measuring the simultaneous accumulation in tissues incubating medium after incubation isolated cut striatum with H-tyrosine. TZ treatment intact animals produced an almost immediate sustained increase H-DA; this effect was associated a markedly enhanced newly synthesized H-amine. Various data suggest that drug indirectly activates nigro-striatal DA containing neurons through “DA receptor blockade”. added directly onto did not affect or H-DA. potentiated amphetamine induced but it blocked other pharmacological occurring animals.
