摘要: Modelling of the human shoulder complex is essential for multi-segmented mathematical models as well design mechanism anthropometric dummies. In Part I this paper a three-dimensional kinematic model proposed by utilizing concepts links, joints, and joint sinuses. By assigning appropriate coordinate systems, parameters required complete quantitative description are identified. The statistical in-vivo data base established Engin Chen (1986) cast in form compatible with obtaining set unit vectors describing circumductory motion upper arm torso-fixed system. This then employed determining composite sinus simplified version model. Two methods, namely flexible tolerance direct formulated tested determination an elliptical cone surface given generating vectors. Numerical results presented apex angles orientation respect to anatomical directions.
