Field-induced segregation of ferromagnetic nanodomains inPr0.5Sr0.5MnO3detected by55MnNMR

摘要: The antiferromagnetic manganite ${\mathrm{Pr}}_{0.5}{\mathrm{Sr}}_{0.5}\ensuremath{-}{\mathrm{MnO}}_{3}$ was investigated at low temperature by means of magnetometry and ${}^{55}\mathrm{Mn}$ NMR. A field-induced transition to a ferromagnetic state is detected magnetization measurements threshold field few tesla. NMR shows that the phase develops from zero nucleation microscopic domains, consisting an inhomogeneous mixture tilted fully aligned parts. At spectrum changes discontinuously into homogeneous, aligned, state, suggesting percolative origin for transition.
