摘要: The aim of this work is the specify rare neurological disorder, bilateral cortical blindness and Anton syndrome. It about loss vision in presence intact anterior pathways a form visual anosognosia, with resulting patient denial blindness. This case 72-year old man history diabetes hypertension. Diagnosis based on exclusion disease tract by complete neuro-ophthalmological radiological evaluation.
