摘要: OBJECTIVES The study aimed to evaluate associations of prostatic chronic inflammation (PCI) with prostate cancer (PCA) grade groups by the International Society Urological Pathology (ISUP). METHODS evaluated retrospectively 738 cases. patient population was sampled into 3 collecting cases without and PCA including subjects lSUP group 1 2-5. RESULTS PCI assessed in 185 patients (25.1%) 361 (48.9%) whom 188 (25.5%) had ISUP 173 (23.4%) 2-5 tumors. inversely related (p < 0.0001). In multivariate analysis, risk compared negative associated positively age (OR 1.042; p = 0.001) but total volume (TPV; OR 0.965; 0.0001) 0.314; Intermediate-high tumors 1.065; 0.0001), specific antigen 1.167; abnormal digital rectal examination 2.251; TPV 0.921; 0.106; CONCLUSIONS decreased among tumor groups.
