Collecting, annotating, and classifying public web services

摘要: The limitations of the traditional SOA operational model, such as lack rich service descriptions, weaken role registries. Their removal from model violates basic principles SOA, namely, dynamic binding and loose coupling. Currently, most providers publish their Web Services on websites instead publishing them in This results poor usability these especially wrt. discovery composition. To handle this problem, we propose to increase public by collecting automatically with help web crawling techniques. Additionally, collected services are annotated descriptions that extracted crawled pages tags generated same pages. These annotations then used derive a classification for each Service into different application domains. In paper, introduce details our approach show its practical feasibility through several evaluation experiments.
