摘要: Type-C RNA viruses are believed to be etiologically associated with the vast majority of naturally occurring cancers mouse (Gross, 1958; Huebner and Todaro, 1969). The occur in vivo either spontaneously 1953, 1958) or after exposure radiation (Kaplan Brown, 1952; Lieberman Kaplan, 1959), chemical carcinogens (Igel et al., 1969; 1971 a; Whitmire 1971; Ball McCarter, 1971), biological substances phenomena (Hellman Fowler, Hirsch 1972; Chen 1972) mice diverse strains, including high-leukemia-incidence inbred such as albino Ak C58 black, low-leukemia-incidence, strains C57 black C3H, intermediate incidence leukemia, DBA/2 BALB/c. Recent evidence suggests that most, if not all mice, regardless sex, breed, origin, contain viral genomes type-C hidden unexpressed forms, virus can activated both vitro by various induction techniques (Huebner Todaro Huebner, 1972).
