摘要: Street lighting still faces some challenges, e.g., reducing power consumption, lowering light pollution, and making adaptive luminaires more effective among many other concerns. It is evident that the arrival of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) in systems has altered state-of-the-art design strategies lighting. In a traditional approach, single lamp, i.e., point, used. Then, by means lenses, specification radiation pattern met. However, LED lamps allow for higher flexibility. possible to configure small sources, positioned oriented at will. this paper, novel software tool able provide most suitable solution starting from certain target proposed. This specifies smallest number required, their geometric orientation, levels order comply with all specifications. especially useful when trying up an irregular, twisted area, although methodology can be adapted any geometry. Furthermore, validate proposed methodology, two were tested streets Oviedo, Spain, using staggered arrangement.
