摘要: Background: D-dimer is a fibrin degradation product and possible marker of thromboembolic events. The aim this study was to investigate the relationship between levels outcome in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients receiving intravenous thrombolysis. Methods: This retrospective included AIS who received thrombolysis with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) provided plasma level within 24 h after onset during 2009 2014 at single medical center. Unfavorable defined as modified Rankin scale ≥3 3 months stroke. Symptomatic intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) deterioration least 4 points on National Institutes Health Stroke Scale 36 post Results: Of 347 rt-PA, 159 (mean age 67.6 ± 13.1 year, 59.7% male) fulfilled inclusion criteria. In univariate analysis, unfavorable (n = 79) had significantly higher than those favorable (median ln 1.4 vs. 0.7 μg/ml, p Conclusion: can be an early indicator rt-PA therapy.
