摘要: Background: D-dimer is a fibrin degradation product and possible marker of thromboembolic events. The aim this study was to investigate the relationship between levels outcome in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients receiving intravenous thrombolysis. Methods: This retrospective included AIS who received thrombolysis with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) provided plasma level within 24 h after onset during 2009 2014 at single medical center. Unfavorable defined as modified Rankin scale ≥3 3 months stroke.
